BCM-100 Specification Automatic Bar Cutting Machine

The BCM Automatic Cutting Machine is equipped with a fully automatic feeding system, a fully hydraulic cutting system, a touchscreen operating system, hydraulic alignment functionality, a quantity control system, and an automatic sorting feature for material heads and tails. It is supplied with two sets of cutting tools suitable for cutting bars ranging from 20 mm to 100 mm, and is designed to work with 20MnTi, 45# steel, and 40Cr steel for cutting and shaping.

The precision bar cutting machine employs the principle of constrained shear, utilizing both radial and axial constraints to achieve high cutting accuracy. Taking normalized materials such as 201, 304, 316 stainless steels, 40Cr, and 45# steel (HB=180-207) as examples, the end face inclination is <1.5°, and the weight deviation is <±0.5%.

This machine is suitable for precision forging and hot extrusion blanking, with a production efficiency 20 times that of band saw cutting. It is designed to be material-saving and energy-efficient.

The product can cut ferrous metals as well as non-ferrous metals, and it can perform cold cutting or hot cutting when paired with a heating furnace. Additionally, it can be configured based on user needs to include fully automatic feeding, cutting, counting, and a highly automated cold cutting or hot cutting production line. This makes it an ideal device for industries such as forging, flanges, bearings, gears, and standard parts.
